So...earlier during the Miss Universe pageant, host, comedian Steve
Harvey announced Miss Colombia as the Miss Universe winner then realized
his mistake and corrected the announcement to Miss Philippines as the
winner. He took to Twitter to apologize for the blunder and Twitter
